Chair of Trustees
Penny has been a trustee of South Hams Community and Voluntary Services since 2017 and Chair of Trustees since 2021. She has worked for more than thirty-five years in the voluntary sector, including more than thirty years for British Red Cross and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, working in the UK and internationally. She is passionate about the voluntary sector, and the huge importance of the work of voluntary organisations in communities across the South Hams District.
Penny is from Devon. She lives in Dartington, with her husband and two cats, Arthur and Oscar, and has one daughter, living nearby.
