Community Connecting involves bringing together people and community organisations and activities. Cluna can help people living in Ivybridge who are suffering from feelings of loneliness and isolation, signposting & supporting them to access services and activities. She also helps connect organisations to each other and to support them in identifying new activities and provision for the benefit of people across the area.
