Dementia Care

Amanda our Volunteer and Wellbeing Manager attended an event at Plymouth University, which was discussing the future of primary care-based dementia care. This was a really well attended event with interesting presentations and discussions regarding the current dementia care landscape, and the outcomes of a study undertaken by the University of Plymouth which evidenced the success and practicality of Dementia Support Workers embedded within the Primary Care Services.
